Thank you so much for the catering you provided for 80 people 0n our 50th anniversary. Over the two days, you were a pleasure to work with making it easy to accommodate the various quirks of our family and friends. You ably handled vegan and food allergies as well as the major carnivores. The steak was perfectly cooked and the chicken was moist and tender. 

We have enjoyed attending many of your cooking classes finding them informative and extremely entertaining. Having sampled your excellent meals there, we decided to approach you about our needs. Your were receptive to our approach. The meals were appreciated by everyone and you took a big portion of the stress away from us. We were pleasantly surprised at how economical it was. We will definitely contact you for any future events that we need to be catered and would recommend you to anyone looking for a caterer.

Haute Cuisine at the cottage

I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying the culinary expertise of chef Kevin on numerous occasions. The last of it was a party for 20 at my cottage in the summer of 2020. After a variety of options were discussed we arrived at a decision to enjoy fajitas as a main meal. This would facilitate the cooking of shrimp, pork and chicken on the barbeque as is preferred at a cottage. Kevin also suggested a list of side dishes that would allow my guests the ability to contribute to the offering with an item for the dinner if they chose to do so. This also took into consideration the dietary needs of my individual guests. All items were cooked to perfection and arrived at the buffet line piping hot. All of my guests were ecstatic about the quality and the variety of dishes that were provided, not to mention that Kevin is quite the entertainer in his own right and kept us laughing throughout the event. It could not have been a better day with a combination of good friends, great weather topped off with an exceptional meal at a very reasonable price.  The number of compliments I received from my guests was truly a mark of how good the meal was. I will definitely be using Kevin‘s amazing culinary skills again.
